This was a test where
both packages won. These two packages were tested against a
long-standing control, and they both won significantly. They are
for CreditAware, the credit monitoring service offered by American
Express.
The first package focused
on Identity Theft, a growing problem. The second package, "Eyes,"
had a great visual treatment. Since these two very successful mailings,
we've done a lot of work with different divisions of American Express.
